The New York Good Sam Club currently has 17 Chapters. The Chapter addresses and Presidents names are listed under the Chapter Information tab. Please feel free to contact the individual Chapters in your local area. We would love to have you join in the fun, adventure and fellowship that happens when you become part of a camping group. Along with the fun and camaraderie in a Good Sam Chapter, community service and participation in charitable activities is encouraged. If you are interested in joining a chapter or starting a chapter with a group of your friends, please contact us.
Each year we host a Rally (Samboree) at the Herkimer County Fairgrounds in Frankfort, NY (exit 30 off the NYS Thruway). This is a gathering of Good Sam members and non-members who love to camp, interact with other campers, participate in seminars, craft activities, games and enjoy evening entertainment. Our food and ice cream sundaes are pretty good too. Along with the enjoyment that occurs at a Rally, we raise money for charities that are determined each year by the chapters.
You do not have to be a Good Sam member to attend the Rally. Of course, we hope you will like what we offer and want to be a part of our organization.
